Hate speech, discrimination, or exclusion based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or any other protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.

Inappropriate Content

Keep beacon content appropriate for all audiences. No sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or content that makes others uncomfortable in social settings.

2. Create Meaningful Connections

Authentic Interactions

Be genuine in your interactions. Pronto by Inpromptu is about building on your real friendships, not collecting followers or promoting businesses.

Appropriate Beacon Content

Create beacons for genuine social activities.

In-Person Focus

All beacons should be for in-person meetups.

Friend Requests

Only send friend requests to people you know in-person through the QR code exchange. This maintains the authenticity of our friendship system.

You can always remove someone as a Friend and they won't be notified.

3. Follow the Law

Legal Activities Only

Do not organize or promote illegal activities. All beacons should be for lawful, safe social gatherings.

Age-Appropriate Content

Ensure all content and activities are appropriate for the intended audience. Protect minors by keeping content family-friendly.

Intellectual Property

Respect copyright and intellectual property rights. Only share content you have permission to use.

Platform Security

Do not attempt to hack, spam, or otherwise compromise the security of Pronto by Inpromptu or other users' accounts.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately.

We rely on our community to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Enforcement

We use a combination of automated content moderation and manual review to enforce these guidelines:

• Automated screening — Beacon titles and descriptions are automatically checked before posting
• User reports — Community members can flag inappropriate content for review
• Manual review — Our support team reviews reported content and takes appropriate action

Consequences for Violations

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:

• Issue warnings and require content editing
• Remove violating content
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently ban your account

Serious violations (such as threats, harassment, or illegal activity) may result in immediate account termination.
